Privacy Policy

In short
- Your data stays on your phone. There is no account, no email address and no server that holds your records.
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics tools.
- You can export all of your data to a file and delete all of it, at any moment, from inside the app.
- The app is intended for people aged 18 and over only.
Who we are
Revive (the "App") is operated by Ronen Gross ("we"). For privacy enquiries: relight8.app@gmail.com (send email).
What information the App handles
The App helps you record habits, supplements, sleep, energy, desire and mood, so that you can see over time how you feel. Some of this information is sensitive (information about health). It includes:
- What you enter: answers to the morning and evening check-ins, routines and supplements, marks, workouts, hours of sleep, weight.
- Optional personal details: year of birth (a full date of birth is not stored), height, weight, waist circumference, body-fat percentage, approximate body shape, and preferences such as units.
- Settings: reminder times, whether the lock is on, and your acceptance of the terms (date and version).
All of this is stored only in the App's private folder on your device. We do not receive a copy.
Where the data is stored
- The data is stored on the device only. The App is set up so that its data is not included in Android's automatic backup.
- This means that if you lose the device or delete the App, the data goes with it. To keep a copy, use "Export" (Settings, My data). The file is saved where you choose, and we do not receive it.
- In the current version the data in the App's folder is not encrypted separately from the protection the device itself provides. You can turn on App lock (fingerprint, face or device code) in Settings.
What does go over the internet
The App contacts our servers (the Supabase service, a computer in the European Union) only to receive content that is not about you, without sending anything about your records:
- General settings (for example, how often to suggest a weigh-in).
- "What's new" messages that we write.
- Anonymous screen count (only during first-time sign-up): as you move through the opening screens, the App sends only the name of the screen shown (for example "age" or "consent"), so that we know on which screens people stop and can improve them. The message carries no identifier, time, answers or any information about your records, and cannot be linked to you.
- Technical connection data: as with any internet request, the hosting provider sees your IP address while the request is made. We do not log it or link it to your records.
The App contains no analytics tools, advertising or third-party crash reporting.
Future features
If we add a feature in which information is sent outside the device (for example, extracting values with artificial intelligence), we will ask for your separate, explicit consent before first use, show you exactly what will be sent, and update this policy.
Who we share with
We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes. Infrastructure providers (for example Supabase for hosting the server, Google for distributing the App in its store) act under their own terms and under agreements with us, and have no access to your records because those never reach us.
Your rights
Because the data is with you, you control it directly:
- Access and copy: Settings, My data, Export: a JSON file with all your data.
- Correction: you can edit any record in the App.
- Deletion: Settings, My data, Delete all data. Deletion is final and we cannot restore it. Removing the App from the device also deletes the data.
- Contacting us: you may contact us with any question at the address above. Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot locate or delete it for you.
Retention and deletion
We do not retain your data. It stays on the device until you delete it or remove the App.
Children and minors
The App is intended for people aged 18 and over only. If you enter a year of birth indicating an age under 18, you will not be able to continue. Only a block marker (without the year of birth) is kept on the device, and it can be removed only by uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
Security
We reduce risk by not receiving the information. In addition: optional App lock, exclusion of the data from automatic backup, and transfer of information to our servers over an encrypted connection. No system is completely immune, and we recommend keeping a screen lock on your device.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the version and date at the top of the document, and for a material change we will ask for your consent again.
